Welcome to the Phodence field manual. This manual governs use of phodence.com, including browsing, account activity, messages, submissions, and orders. Shopify supplies the store platform; the sale of products through this storefront is between you and Phodence. Using the Services confirms that you accept this manual and the linked store policies.

Manual entry — who may use the Services

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase under the rules that apply where you live. Provide accurate account, contact, billing, and delivery details, keep credentials secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized activity. You are responsible for activity through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Specification sheet — what to review before purchase

Check the complete product listing before checkout: selected variant, measurements, color, material, components, required accessories, installation or assembly, power or plug details, charging method, care, limitations, and warnings. Phodence carries heated garments, rechargeable warmers, portable and mounted fans, lighting, desks, vanities, mirrors, glass furniture, drawers, and storage. Appearance can vary with screens, room light, ordinary manufacturing tolerances, or natural material variation.

Purchase instruction — how an order is formed

Checkout submits a request to purchase. An automatic confirmation shows receipt but does not itself guarantee acceptance. We may review, limit, decline, or cancel an order because of a payment problem, fraud concern, stock or pricing error, delivery restriction, offer misuse, or another reasonable operational issue. If an accepted payment is cancelled, the applicable amount is returned to the original payment method.

Price line — which amount applies

The currency and amount presented at final checkout control the order. Shipping, taxes, duties, brokerage, or similar charges appear when the relevant systems can calculate them; authorities or carriers may assess separate destination amounts. Price and availability can change before checkout is complete. You confirm that the payment method is authorized and permit the relevant processor to collect the final total.

Linked instructions — shipping and returns

The Shipping Policy describes processing, tracking, split cartons, large-item access, and delivery exceptions. The Return & Refund Policy describes request timing, authorization, condition, return costs, exclusions, and refund handling. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

Safety notation — electricity, heat, batteries, and moving parts

Follow the product instructions and warnings. Use only the stated voltage, plug, power source, cable, charger, or compatible bulb; keep electrical parts dry; disconnect power before cleaning or installation; and keep hair, fabric, fingers, and loose objects away from moving fan parts. Do not use or charge equipment that is unusually hot, swollen, leaking, frayed, cracked, wet, or otherwise damaged. Heated clothing should be disconnected from power before care when instructions require it and is not sold as a medical device.

Assembly notation — mirrors, glass, furniture, and mounting

Before assembly, inspect panels, glass, mirrors, wiring, frames, fasteners, and hardware. Follow stated load limits, wall and surface requirements, anchoring directions, and tip-restraint instructions. Wall-mounted electrical goods should be installed by a capable person and by a qualified professional when local rules require one. Heavy items may require more than one person. Stop if parts appear damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Conduct rule — acceptable use

Do not use the Services for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, abusive automation, unauthorized data collection, security interference, harmful code, infringement of privacy or intellectual-property rights, or deceptive or harmful submissions. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Phodence, Shopify, service providers, or others.

Rights note — store content and submissions

Store design, photographs, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Phodence and may be protected by law. You may use them for personal, non-commercial shopping. Reproduction, modification, resale, or commercial exploitation requires permission unless law says otherwise. A review, photograph, idea, or other submission must be truthful, lawful, respectful, and yours to share. You grant Phodence a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display it in connection with the Services, subject to rights that cannot be waived.

External relay — third-party services and privacy

Payment processors, carriers, applications, and external sites can be independently operated under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for services or content outside our control, subject to mandatory rights. The Privacy Policy explains store information handling and Shopify’s role.

Service tolerance — availability and liability

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. Continuous operation and immediate correction of every error are not promised. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted, Phodence and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses connected with the Services.

Fallback rule — severability and transfer

If any provision cannot be enforced, it is limited only as necessary and the remainder stays effective. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your obligations without consent; we may transfer ours through a legitimate financing, restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale.

Revision log — changes and contact

This manual may be revised when operations, technology, products, or legal requirements change. The current version and date will remain posted here, and mandatory protections continue to apply. Questions may be sent to support@phodence.com.
