Return & Refund Policy

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unused, uninstalled or unassembled beyond what is reasonably needed for inspection, complete, and returned with its original components, accessories, instructions and packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email support@phodence.com with the order number, item, reason and photographs where relevant. Wait for written authorization before dispatch. Items sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

This is the designated return-receiving address, not the company registered office or a retail store. A return must be approved before dispatch.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is confirmed defective, damaged in transit or materially different from what was ordered, Phodence will cover reasonable return-shipping costs or provide another appropriate remedy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, personalized goods, final-sale items where permitted by law, hazardous materials and hygiene-sensitive goods after sealed packaging is opened may not qualify. Contact us before purchase if eligibility is important.

Refunds

After the return is received, inspected and approved, Phodence will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. The bank or payment provider controls any additional posting time. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
