Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

This privacy blueprint maps how information supports phodence.com. It applies when you visit, shop with Phodence, create an account, subscribe, or contact support. Shopify provides the commerce platform and processes information needed to operate it. The blueprint separates inputs, working layers, connections, storage, safeguards, and individual controls.

Blueprint layer: customer inputs

  • Identity and delivery: name, email, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.
  • Order information: products and variants viewed or purchased, discounts, payment and fulfilment status, returns, refunds, and limited payment-related information received from processors. We do not receive the complete payment-card number.
  • Account and preferences: credentials, saved selections, communications choices, and account activity.
  • Support files: messages, forms, reviews, surveys, and photographs of packaging, apparel, fans, batteries, electrical parts, furniture, glass, mirrors, labels, or hardware that you choose to provide.

Blueprint layer: device signals

We and providers may automatically collect IP address, browser and device details, identifiers, cookies, pages viewed, searches, referring pages, timestamps, approximate location inferred from technical data, advertising interactions, and fraud or security signals. The specific information depends on your device, settings, location, and features used.

Blueprint layer: outside sources

Information can come from Shopify; payment and fraud-prevention services; warehouses, fulfilment providers, and carriers; customer-service, analytics, advertising, and marketing services; and other partners where allowed by law. These records may be linked with the relevant order, account, browser, or device.

Working layer: store operations

Information is used to present and improve the Services; run checkout and accounts; process payment, orders, split shipments, returns, and refunds; answer selection, charging, electrical, installation, assembly, or safety questions; communicate about transactions; remember preferences; personalize content; send marketing where permitted; analyze performance; detect fraud; maintain security; keep tax and business records; satisfy legal duties; and establish, exercise, or defend claims.

Connection layer: recipients

Information may be shared with Shopify; payment processors; warehouses, suppliers, fulfilment providers, logistics companies, and carriers; hosting, analytics, advertising, marketing, customer-service, security, and fraud-prevention vendors; professional advisers; authorities responding to valid legal process; and participants in a financing, restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale. We also share information at your direction, with consent, or where needed to protect rights or safety.

Platform connection: Shopify

Shopify hosts and supports this storefront and can process information about interactions in multiple countries. Its own notices apply to that processing. More information is available in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Interface layer: cookies and related tools

Cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technology can keep checkout and account functions running, remember choices, measure traffic, protect against fraud, and support advertising. Consent tools and browser or device settings may let you manage some technology. Blocking it can reduce functionality.

Choice layer: marketing and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising disclosures may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some laws. Where required, use the available privacy controls or contact us to opt out. An unsubscribe link stops promotional email, while transactional, safety, account, legal, or security messages may continue.

Archive layer: retention

Retention depends on the category and purpose. Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfil orders, deliver support, maintain tax and business documentation, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, satisfy legal duties, and support backup or recovery, then deleted or de-identified when appropriate.

Shield layer: security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are designed to protect information. No electronic system is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, complete card details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email.

Control layer: individual rights

Depending on location, you may request access, knowledge, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; or appeal a decision. Legal exceptions can apply. We may verify identity and an authorized agent’s authority and do not unlawfully discriminate because a privacy right is exercised.

Transfer layer: international processing

Shopify and other providers may process information outside your country. Recognized transfer safeguards are used where required, and legal protections may vary by jurisdiction.

Boundary layer: children and external links

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s information contrary to applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us about a concern. Third-party links and integrations lead to services outside our control; review their notices before providing information.

Blueprint revision and privacy contact

This blueprint may change when our practices, technology, or legal obligations change. The newest version and date will be posted here, with additional notice when required. Send privacy questions or rights requests to support@phodence.com and state the relevant country or region.
